Prince is the visionary behind our organization, bringing over 35 years of leadership experience in early childhood education. As CEO, he oversees the strategic direction, growth, and overall quality of all our daycare centers. Prince is deeply committed to creating inclusive, high-quality learning environments where children, families, and staff feel supported and empowered. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a genuine passion for shaping the future of early education. Under his guidance, the organization continues to expand while staying true to its mission of nurturing the whole child.

Debora oversees the operations of all our daycare locations, focusing on quality, safety, and strong family partnerships. With over 35 years of experience in early childhood care and leadership, she has impacted the lives of more than 175 children through her programs. Debora holds an MBA from Franklin University and is currently pursuing a teaching degree at the Foundations for American Christian Education in Virginia. A devoted mother of six and proud grandmother, she is passionate about helping children grow spiritually, physically, and academically—guided by the principle of Proverbs 22:6. Outside of work, Debora enjoys church, walking her dog, reading, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Ms. Hutchins, a childcare professional with over 18 years of experience, began her teaching journey at the tender age of 12. Her passion for teaching children blossomed from a young age, leading her to pursue various teaching roles, including Prek, Toddlers, and Schoolage. Before becoming a center administrator, she dedicated herself to providing the best care and education to children in her charge. In her free time, Ms. Hutchins has expanded her horizons by teaching dance and coaching High School Volleyball at East High. Her commitment to children’s growth and development extends beyond the classroom, as she actively engages with families to understand their needs and aspirations. Ms. Hutchins’ educational background includes a CDA from the University of Cincinnati and a Columbus State Educators Certificate. Her goal is to continue supporting as many families as possible and promoting a healthy lifestyle for each child in her care.

Afia is the friendly face who greets families each morning and helps keep All Stars Academy running smoothly behind the scenes. Since joining our team in October 2017, she has brought warmth, dedication, and attention to detail to everything she does. Afia began her journey in the School-Age Room, where she formed strong connections with families and supported each child’s growth with care and enthusiasm.

Now in her role as Director, Afia manages enrollment, scheduling, parent communication, and daily operations—ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and families. Her passion for working with children and her commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Afia is a proud mom who enjoys crafting, making cheer bows, and spending quality time with her kids.
